Operating within the framework of the legislation pertaining to the protection of personal details summarised in Constitucional Law 15 dated 13th December 1999 for the Protection of Personal Details whose primary objective is to ensure protection with regard to the treatment of personal details and the basic freedoms and rights of physical human beings, especially their personal reputation and privacy, Proselec Seguridad S.A.U. requires that users adopt the technical and organisational measures necessary to conform to the law according to the regulations currently in force.
The confidentiality of the details refered to is guaranteed in the context of users’ enquiries, both on behalf of Proselec Seguridad S.A.U. and those institutions that take part in the agreement with the objective and final end to the effect of the above. If the user has not consented to the use of their personal details, the actions resulting from enquiries and requests made in confidentiality cannot be carried out.
