Quality Policy

The General Management of PROSELEC, aware of the new competition regulations within the European Community which serve to guarantee and progressively improve the quality of its systems and equipment, would like to inform our distinguished clients that it will be our inalienable objective to work to the level that benchmarks the international norm UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 and to ensure that our products comply with the clients, legal requirements, regulations and specifications that in each case are effected in strict compliance with the following protocol-decalogue:

• Our clients are the source of work that allow us to maintain our families.
• Thanks to the deference of our clients we are able to adapt, regenerate and renew ouselves whist always maintaining a level of research, development and quality which is in continual technological evolution.
• If a client should ever feel disatisfaction towards a finished product or service, this serves to highlight the capacity for understanding and effectiveness on the part of our employees and to put into effect whatever suggestion should arise, in order to improve the level of satisfaction experienced by our clients.

• The management of PROSELEC, together with the heads of every department, determine the quality policy to be imparted throughout the company, maintaining strict compliance with the programme of quality improvement, commiting the management to allocate the human and material resources necessary to attain and develop each and every one of its aims.
