Rapiscan 618

The compact Rapiscan 618 has been designed for customers with space and movement limitations that prevent the installation of larger models.
The compact Rapiscan 618 offers the same features as larger models apart from its smaller tunnel aperture which renders it unsuitable for inspection controls that handle over sized luggage items.
The compact Rapiscan 618 incorporates the same active intelligence systems used in all Rapiscan designed Proselec machines whose vanguard scanning technology detects and blocks camouflaged traps concealed within baggage.

A multipowered 140 Kv generator capable of distinguishing between organic and non-organic compounds automatically detects explosives and narcotics. Immediately available results are obtained and recorded on the systems hard disc.

The compact Rapiscan 618 delivers a superior steel penetration to that of conventional models in sector thereby enhancing its ability to differentiate between organic and inorganic material, invaluable in the context of more rigorous, stricter assesments.
The compact Rapiscan 618 has been manufactured by Rapiscan for Proselec incorporating active intelligence systems designed and patented by Proselec.
